During the project, my key responsibilities included:

- Setting and maintaining a benchmark level of consistent, high quality animation across the project
- Leading the development of the motion capture pipeline, specifically for gameplay use
- Directing of gameplay motion capture shoots
- Leading the development of tech for UE4’s animation pipeline
- Instructing pipeline and best practices company wide
- Mentoring and leading both senior and non senior colleagues
- Breakdown, scheduling, tracking and distribution of anim tasks
- Heavy involvement with other disciplines to create more efficient and aesthetic solutions for the game
- Responsible for all Boss encounters
- Various gameplay anims and systems for Senua and Enemies
